Leaders

Jacob and his wife Amber served in the church for 10 years before coming on staff in 2007 and in 2012 he became the senior pastor. Jacob grew up in SW Iowa and his farming roots are only passed by his love for the Lord and His work in the lives of people.

Doug and Trish have been a long-time treasure at FBC. Serving as Youth Pastor since 2000, his love for teens and their transitioning years of growth is evident. He has a passion for the Word (his full-time job is a professor at Faith Baptist Theological Seminary) and connecting its truths into the lives of the next generation.

Rick and Elaine are passionate about ministering to people and love to share the truth of the Gospel with others. Rick and Elaine served in Germany as missionaries for several years and Rick also pastored a church in Charles City, IA before serving at FBC. Both love the Lord and want to see others come to know Christ as Savior and grow in his Word. 

Jeff and Marcia Ray both enjoy serving in the music ministries at FBC. Jeff leads the worship service as director and also organizes the choir ministry for song service on Sunday mornings. 

Thomas serves diligently as he leads the Wednesday night K4T ministry at FBC.

Jonathan assists Pastor Doug in leading the Sunday School ministry at FBC.
